CURRY GOAT
material
1000 gr mutton diced

4 tablespoons butter
8 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
10 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
5 cm cinnamon

How to make :
1. Heat the oil and butter together
2. Saute onion and garlic until softened. Enter the seasoning paste, cinnamon, cloves, sensitive and kapulaga.aduk stirring until fragrant smell
3. Insert the meat into tumisan.tutup skillet, cook until half-cooked
4. Pour enough water and tomatoes. Cook until the meat is tender and sauce thickens
5. Remove and serve
