Bagar Curry



Original foods Padang Indonesian
 


material
500 mutton chopped
3 grains of pimento
2 cm cinnamon
1 tbsp tamarind water
750 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
1 ¼ salt
3 tablespoons toasted coconut, crushed
2 tablespoons cooking oil

Spices
7 red onions
2 cloves of garlic
½ tsp fennel
3 pieces of red pepper
1.2 tsp coriander
¼ tsp cumin
2 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger

How to make
1. Saute the spices until fragrant, put goat meat and stir until it changes color
2. Pour the coconut milk, cloves, cinnamon and cook until boiling
3. Add the grated coconut salt. And tamarind water and cook until the spices to infuse
To 5 servings

500 gr thigh meat goat

5 cardamom pods
  3 grains of pimento
  1 cm cinnamon
1 sour fruit kandis

Spices slice
8 red onions
6 cloves garlic

Ground spices
1 tsp pepper
¼ fennel
1 tsp coriander
½ tsp cumin
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 tsp salt

How to make
1. Heat the margarine and cooking oil and stir-fry seasoning slices and spices until fragrant
2. Enter the goat meat, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon, stirring until fragrant. Pour the coconut milk, boiled until boiling
3. Add kentan, tomatoes and sour kandis, stirring until sauce thickens and oily

GOAT SATAY


material
400 gr young meat, cut into cubes 2x3 cm

5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil
150 g cabbage, finely sliced
1 tomato cut into pieces

soy sauce
3 red onions finely
1 tomato cut into cubes
7 pieces sliced cayenne pepper
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1 lime water taken

Peanut sauce
50 g fried peanuts
50 cc of boiled water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 shallots, puree

How to make
1. skewers alternating meat and liver, heart and basting meat that has been pierced with a mixture of soy sauce and margarine, set aside
2. Create a charcoal barbeque while occasionally inverted forth and spread with a mixture of soy sauce, grilled until fragrant and ripe
3. Sambal sauce: Mix all ingredients One
4. Sambal peanut: peanut puree, add water and soy sauce, add onion and stir
5. Serve skewers with peanut sauce and ketchup, tomato and cabbage slices

400 gr lamb, cut into pieces
Right amount of oil


Spices
10 red onions
4 cloves garlic
½ teaspoon nutmeg smooth
1 cinnamon knuckles
5 pimento seeds
1 tablespoon salt
Soy sauce to taste


How to make
1. Most of finely sliced onion and saute until fragrant, set aside
2. Garlic, onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg mashed
3. Enter the meat on the seasoning, add the soy sauce, then diungkep ait a minute then add, cinnamon and clove
4. Boil until half-tender meat marinated and then fill half the fried onions, stir and boil until cooked
5. Serve with a sprinkle leftover fried onions
